• Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund, as the trip is considered non-refundable.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot at the time of booking.
• Full payment is required no later than 45 days prior to the retreat start date to confirm your reservation.
• We strongly recommend purchasing our travel insurance plan to safeguard against unforeseen emergencies or circumstances that may prevent you from attending the retreat.

Transportation Information: We are pleased to offer complimentary transportation to and from Cabo San Lucas Airport for all retreat participants. Our dedicated team will be there to greet you upon your arrival and ensure a seamless transition to our retreat location. Likewise, when the retreat concludes, we will arrange transportation to the airport for your departure.

Please note that unless you have purchased our flight package, you are solely responsible for booking your own flights into Cabo San Lucas Airport. We recommend booking your flights well in advance to secure the best rates and accommodate your preferred travel dates.

During your stay at the retreat, we will provide convenient transportation for all scheduled activities and excursions. Our team will ensure that you have the means to explore the beautiful surroundings and immerse yourself in the local culture.
