Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we aim to accommodate our guests as best as possible. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please note our cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled retreat will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Kindly review the terms and conditions of your insurance policy carefully.
